Wallen is facing charges including three counts of reckless endangerment and one count of disorderly conduct.
As per the police report, the Morgan Wallen threw a chair from the rooftop to the street below, near the bar, around 11 p.m. Metro Nashville police officers, positioned in front of the bar, witnessed the chair striking the ground just a three to four feet away from them.
Wallen was seen laughing in the security footage after he threw the chair.
Wallen's representatives, in a statement provided to the Tennessean, conveyed that Morgan Wallen's legal counsel, Worrick Robinson from Worrick Robinson Law, remarked, "Morgan Wallen was arrested in downtown Nashville at 10:53 p.m.
CT on Sunday evening for reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct. He is fully engaged in cooperating with the authorities."
Following the posting of a $15,250 bond, Wallen was free to go at approximately 3:30 a.m. on Monday. He is expected to appear in court on May 3, coinciding with one of his concerts at Nashville's Nissan Stadium, scheduled for May 2-4.
Wallen's lawyer, Worrick Robinson, issued the following statement regarding the country star's arrest:
"On Sunday evening at 10:53 p.m., Morgan Wallen was arrested in downtown Nashville for reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct. He is fully cooperating with authorities."
