A man who worked at a Food Lion store in North Raleigh was found dead inside the store’s freezer, according to a report by the Raleigh Police Department.
The discovery was made by employees at the store on the 4500 block of Capital Boulevard.
Police said the man experienced a medical emergency on the evening of Monday, September 9, 2024, leading to his death inside the freezer.
Authorities, including OSHA and other safety agencies, investigated the incident and confirmed that no foul play is suspected.
