Let me introduce myself to you, As I said earlier, my name is Prashyant Jha. I am an Indian Music Producer and Singer. As an Artist, I use to sing, Record, Perform Songs. Well,  I cannot Sing the songs without one major element, that is a Healthy Breath. Now I have sung in Hindi, English, Marathi, Tamil, Punjabi and Maithili languages.

In this article we will focus on a Breathing exercise I use to refresh my self. After using it  I feel energized instantly

what will you need to do this quick exercise to enhance your breath quality?

Well I want to tell you that you need nothing. You can do it whenever you want, even before sleep.

 

How much time will I need to complete this exercise, and when would I get the results?

Well you will need less then 3 minutes to complete this exercise and you will find the results instantly, just after completing it.

Important thing you need to know is, Many people can get offended by this exercise, but I want you to warn you, do it on your risk, I don’t want any blames man.

 

Who can do it?

You can be any one, only one thing is required that is to be alive, you can be male, female, young, teen or less then 200 years old , it doesn’t mater. You can do it. I recommend it to persons above 20 years old’s. this will help you be healthy longer. But again I warn you, do it on your own risk, I said you the reason before, read it again.

 

What is The exercise?

Lets begin the exercise now. Be ready to transform yourself. This exercise is divided into two steps, in first step you will check yourself by finding your current limit, in second step you will see your enhanced version, which you will like instantly. Lets begin.

Take a timer with you.

be still where ever you want to start

take a deep breath and start the timer.

hold the breath as long as you can.

when you realize you couldn’t hold it longer? exhale and stop the timer.

whatever the time  is, note it down. we are going to multiply it 2 times within few minutes

Take your position, Stand still, or sit in your comfortable position, or lie down on your bed.

Reset the timer and start breathing slowly and completely till your last stamina and leave it slowly as you inhaled

repeat it for one minute continuously

after one minute relax.

relax for a minute

Now be ready for the main exercise.

Setting the timer again start inhaling heavily filling your lungs entirely and hold.

Hold hold hold as long as you can, and hold it till your last stamina limit.

when you feel its done?. Exhale. Stop the timer.

check the results in the time you have reached and compare it with previous result.

I know this may shock you but if you have come this way long, then you have a healthy heart and lungs. its regular practice will enhance your health quality.
