It is good to dream big and put your efforts into it. But, most of the time we can observe that even after putting in much effort we do not get the desired result. This is why most women quit before even reaching the goal.

As human beings, we all love rewards, Rewards keep us enough motivated to keep on working. But, when we choose a bigger goal, the possibility is that we won’t get success quicker than expected time being. after some time your brain will find it difficult to continue putting in effort.

to avoid it you can break down your goal into small parts, such parts that can be achieved in very less time. When you slowly cross each level, your brain automatically gets the desired Dopamine to keep you motivated. If you follow this practical step, you can ensure to yourself that, slowly but one day you will achieve what you you are working for.

Through this process, you can achieve your personal growth, Professional growth, or spiritual growth. anything is possible by this technique.

2. Building a Supportive Network:

Surrounding oneself with a supportive community is crucial. Whether it’s friends, family, or mentors, having a network that encourages growth and provides guidance is invaluable

On the weekends John used to go to the Farm with his Family. They spent time together. John was Blessed with the happiness one would have ever imagined.

the boss said to John that he Must Resign from his Post or else he would be facing some serious acquisitions.

John had to Resign. Instead of getting Away from the Addiction he increased it. He spent his Savings entirely.

John Was exhausted, He fought daily with his wife. One day his wife Packed up Her things & went away taking her kids with her.

John was left alone. After a few days, someone knocked on the apartment door. John thought it must be her wife. when he opened the door there were people from the Bank who came to take custody of John’s Apartment, because John had not paid any EMI for the last 6 months.

John was thrown out of his Apartment. He had nowhere to go his wife did not pick up his call. He was left alone on the Streets… and soon John died from Cancer…

After some practice, you’ll develop a subconscious awareness of your volume boundaries anytime you speak with someone. People will begin to accept you when you begin to shift your conduct gradually. 
  • Everyone deserves respect. These days, it’s common to witness people acting out of control toward those in higher positions. On the other hand, they appreciate individuals regardless of their status. When you treat someone with respect, they feel valued and return the favor. However, when you treat someone disrespectfully, they feel abandoned and defend themselves by justifying their behavior and, occasionally, by showing contempt in return. Respect is due to each individual, regardless of their status. Attempt to understand everyone’s habit. When you become a recognized member of society, people want to be involved with you as much as possible because they want to be respected in return.

These are a few of the fundamental actions that someone can take to participate in society. But, I would advise against considering other people’s perspectives when you are concentrating on your objective. It’s a fact that you can’t win over everyone. Furthermore, it is common knowledge that a person’s acceptance by society begins the moment they achieve success. Nonetheless, I would advise being a lovable person. Having individuals who truly respect you in your life is preferable to having people who only regard you according to your status.

Ultimately, I would advise you to strive to be a decent person as opposed to someone who thinks that everyone is out to get him. Today I am here to share one of my experiences of interactions with some unexplained supernatural forces.

My name is Prashant Jha. I am a Mumbai-based Music Producer and singer. Being into commercial Music is my part of profession, but internally I am inclined towards the scientific & supernatural or spiritual reality.

I truly believe that through music & certain set of aligned frequencies, one can create or open a Portal into the other dimension. Or can access the other forces around us. Well to know exactly what happened I will have to take you back in time when I was a kid.

I don’t remember the exact age when it all began but I may be around 13 years old of my age. As a common kid story, My journey toward this undiscovered world began from the movies and TV series I used to watch as a kid, few of them are.

As a common kid, these movie concepts used to drive me into the thought process of the chances of the existence of other dimensions of reality. Later on, as I grew older I came to know most of these movie concepts are referred from Ancient Indian History books, Some people claim it as Mythology, But I see it as my Ancestor’s History. As we all know Bharat has given birth to many Mysterious subjects like Numerology, Tarot cards, Palmistry, Yoga, and Meditation Practices. Many are in practice, but much is yet to be discovered.

Suddenly I grew up interested in many ancient Indian knowledge and Ancient science books. Like Palmistry and numerology. By studying these books I began to discover the connections between Numbers & how numbers impact a normal human in a day to day life. I discovered how a person can change his life entirely by focusing on & altering a few numbers in his daily Routine.
 

With the knowledge of palmistry, I was able to understand the connections between the lines on a palm & circumstances in life. I started practicing Palmistry by looking at many strange people’s hands. In the beginning, my predictions seemed obvious or incorrect, but as time passed I realized I was able to understand the connections more deeply. Like every other art form I know I needed more practice Patience & time to master this art. But internally I was not having much interest in looking at someone’s future or past. I wanted to understand the source code or the way to access the Akashic Records. If I could get there. I can access unlimited knowledge & discover new things that have not been discovered yet or have been lost in the leap of time.

As time passed, people started knowing about my ability to tell the future just by looking at their palm. I was surprised when I came to know more & more people are coming to show their palm every day. I was getting excited too. But one day something happened, due to which I decided to discontinue the practice of palmistry.

You might be curious about what can possibly happen that totally have to stop walking on that path. So let me tell you what happened.

I remember that day was as normal as other days. A lady called on my Home common no. Today it me sound different, but In those days most houses had a common calling number. Today one has a separate calling number in the family.

So, I got a call from a lady telling me that she has a friend who needs serious help due to her problematic family conditions. They wanted me to look at her palm & recommend a genuine solution. I was in a rush, planning to go somewhere else that day. I ask if can we reschedule the meeting next day? But she said it was really urgent, she also offered me some money for the service of mine.

I was not charging any money from anyone. I used to look into Palms for free. But when she offered me money I realized it might be really urgent, so I accepted the meeting & said to them I wouldn’t charge anything, I would look into their palm for free. I also told her, that she should not take any of my words seriously, I am just under 15, practicing& trying to understand the palmistry, which I am myself not sure about. It’s good for fun & talks but if there is anything serious she should go to an appropriate person who could actually help them. But she ignored my suggestion & said.’ We don’t want to go anywhere else we want to just talk to you & no one else. After hearing this I agreed & we scheduled the meeting within few hours.

Now when I look back I understand, in India how easy it is to manipulate people just by accessing some of this knowledge we often hear about many Fords & Thugs who try to Steal people’s money & cheat them. They don’t realize that they are spoiling the Holy & sacred name of Ancient Indian Heritage & because of their unfaithful acts actual saints, Baba & Sadhus who are still in practice with ancient Indian practices are defamed.

After some time two women arrived. One who called me was Maya who called me. 

I have known her for the past couple of months through a common friend (original Names are been changed )I found Maya’s friend was very tense & nervous. I realized she might be the one about whom I had been told about. After some time we settled down & the Maya who called me introduced her friend to me.” Prashant this is Asha, she is living next to my house, we are school friends. She recently got married & now she is my neighbor. She is facing some major family issues, can you look at her palm & say when she will get rid of these issues? So that she can live happily with her family. I cannot see her in this condition. I told her about you & convinced her to talk to you about her problems.”

I looked at Asha, her face was Pale, She was nervous, and she looked Sad. I asked, “How are you Ashaji.” Asha looked at me, but she was not looking into my eyes, she was avoiding Eye contact with me. Asha started saying her problems, but Maya interrupted the conversation & said Asha, just show him your Palm, he will tell you everything else. I was surprised by the confidence Maya was having in me. She just wanted to believe me, I didn’t want to break her trust but it scammed her.

Asha Showed me her Palm after having a look on their faces I started looking at her Palm.

While I was looking at her Palm, I was surprised to see a few things which don’t seem normal. I was shocked by looking at her lifeline. It stopped way too early than a normal hand She was supposed to die a few years back in an accident, but she was alive sitting in front of me. I asked her “Did you face any accident .. few years Back?” Asha surprisingly looked toward me & then towards Maya. Maya was looking for Asha to Reply & after some Pause Maya asked Asha “Did you?”.
Asha surprisingly started replying & we both eagerly waited listening to her reply.
She said “ I do not understand, 3 years back I witnessed an accident, but I didn’t tell anyone about it. Because nothing happened to me in that accident “ I asked, “can you describe in detail what happened that day.?” Asha Looked at me & Maya & then asked me looking into my eyes. “ I don’t understand….is that accident anyhow connected to my today’s problems? Why are we discussing that accident which I didn’t tell anyone about.”

 I was speechless by her question, I wanted to tell her that the major accident we were discussing was the last mentioned thing in her palm & after that incident, her lifeline stopped & according to her Palm & Palmistry, she must be dead now, but she was sitting in front of me, so it was quite clear the there’s a great possibility that I was missing some important detail Which might be hidden in her Palm. I also knew that they both were listening to me very carefully & they would take every word seriously what I tell them, also I wanted to help them & not to distract them, so I must be very careful to not say anything stupid because they could get misguided.

I replied, “Frankly speaking I didn’t know Ashaji I am trying to understand the undiscovered forces of nature & how it actually works, so I will have to listen to your story, understand it & try to find any loophole within it.” They both nodded & then Asha Started talking about the day of the accident.

 “that day in the morning I was late for my college, I was in a hurry, every day I had to reach the bus top which was a few hundred meters away, to get the bus to my college, that day I thought I couldn’t make it on time & I will miss my bus. As I crossed my street I saw one of my neighbors Raghu’s uncle on his motorbike. He was leaving for his office, and I had a plan to take a lift from him to the Bus stop. I waved my hands towards him, he saw me & he stopped. 

 

I told him I was getting late for the bus, and he quickly agreed said me to sit on the bike. I jumped on the bike & we started rushing towards the Bus stop. But no matter how fast he could ride I still missed my bus. I became sad & said to him” I will wait for the next bus which is 15 minutes later, thank you for trying your best for me .but looking at my sad face Raghu uncle Said.” Don’t worry beta we can still get your bus before the next bus stop. I found a fair chance in it. I quickly jumped on his bike again & he was driving towards the next bus stop.

As I remember something happened just after we left the bus stop. A truck bashed into the Bus stop, I was standing in front of. But since I was the only one standing there & since I left, no one was hurt in that accident. & Because I was getting late I didn’t wait & check out for more.& Then I forgot about it & didn’t say about it to anyone. Now when you asked I recalled what happened that day.
Maya’s eyes were wide open while listening to her incident. But now slowly I was trying to understand what could have happened if Raghu’s uncle had not offered to take her away from the Bus stop. They both were constantly looking at me expecting me to say something. I knew if I told them what I was understanding they both would freak out. that Asha was supposed to Die that day & her health has been following her since that day. Death is the only reason that she is facing such problems.
I asked Asha to show her palm once again. Asha looked at Maya & again she showed her Palm to me. Now I again started observing Asha’s Palm more keenly to find did I had missed something.
Maya was curious, she wanted me to say something, after some time when she didn’t see me talking, she asked impatiently, “Prashant. Did you find something?” I looked at Maya & Asha, and I could see the wait on their faces for my reply.
I wanted to say many things, but I was not sure will they be able to handle it or not. I said, give me some time I will say it. And. I started observing her Palm again. After some time I saw a small thin line hidden in her palm cracks. I soon understood it was a small supporting line trying to exceed her Lifeline. But soon it ended too.

This observation made something clear to me. That thin line started building after she escaped Her Death, that means as shown in famous movies and novels Science Fiction, in reality too it was possible to make a new life by changing a few things. It also depends on our mental conditions. People are not able to change their lives because they don’t know about their future. It’s the only reason they make the mistakes. Which was anyhow Because it’s already written also Not written in their Palms. That means our Palm itself consists of the reality of Two different lives in the same Dimension. & surprisingly both are real which means both life exists in the same timeline simultaneously with a different life story.
After getting into these thoughts, I finally decided to say something. I looked at Asha & Maya. They were still waiting to hear from me. But I knew I could not say these things to Asha, she could freak out. Her thin line which was supporting her old Life line was again ending soon. That means there was a great chance that she might face an accident again in the next few months or even in a few days. If she could escape it, she might overcome all of her major troubles. So I started telling her with calculated words.
I said” Ashaji. It’s writing that you are facing your family issues. But there is good news & bad news.” Asha was at me, she didn’t Interrupt me so that I could finish. But Maya was Eager to know “What good news & what Bad News “?
I continued” “ Good news is these all problems will end soon, I don’t know the exact date but soon it will be ending. They were smiling & then Asha asked “And what is the Bad news “?.
I replied again “ It’s true that these miseries will end soon. But before the end, there is a great chance, that you might face a few tough difficult situations “.Asha was quietly listening to me. She asked, “What kind of tough situation? & How can I survive it.”
Tough situations like again you might face an accident or a fight in the family, or you can get I’ll…or something like that.

“How can I survive it?”
I said the only way to escape it is to keep yourself alert, keep your mind calm, don’t indulge yourself in any unnecessary arguments, and try to avoid them as much as you can. Try doing some exercises & meditation daily morning that will help you cross this situation by keeping your mind calm.
And remember when you cross that tough situation, you will automatically start feeling better from inside.& When it starts happening. That means you have crossed it.
Asha was listening to my words carefully, I could see her slightly motivated and afraid.
But then I said that’s done for now & they could call me anytime if they needed. After some casual discussions, they left. The first time I saw her looking confident.
They left, but there thoughts in my brain did not. I remember the faces of both women when I saw them leaving the main Dore of my house. I stood near the Dore to say goodbye, Maya seemed happy as if she had achieved a milestone, but, Asha seemed quiet, as if she was deep into thought. When they both were leaving through their Moppet, Asha who was sitting back of Maya, for a fraction of a second, Looking directly into my Eyes. I remember it very clearly because it was the first time she looked directly into my eyes. With Confidence.
I came back to my room & sat on my chair. I started thinking about the mysterious world & how little we know about it. The more we try to find deep into the mystery, the more Unbelievable it gets.
I was introduced to the word Deja vu by the movie Metrix & later on study in this topic through other books. cleared me of the concept. The thoughts were thriving in my brain as if it were kind of a sea wave. I thought if there is a Parallel life we are living with. Is it possible that Deja vu is nothing but a glimpse into other dimensions? How is that even possible. Is it really “A GLITCH INTO METRIX”?
I finished my pending work for that day & came back to my home soon. I found myself repeatedly thinking about that lady. What would have happened to her.? Will she be alright? With these thoughts a month passed. Slowly other thoughts took place of this mystery.
 
 
Next month, I don’t remember the exact day but I was getting ready for some work, and my breakfast “Poha” was waiting for me on my table. I could see the vapors emitting through Hot Poha which my mother made for everyone.
Suddenly my landline Telephone number rang. Since I said to you before, in those days when such a bell would ring on a landline phone, everyone would be curious, about whose call it would be.
My Aunt picked up the call, and after some silence, she called my name telling. You have a call. I was curious, who called me in the morning?.

I picked up the call & said “Hello… Prashant Jha this side, whose this?”. There was a silence for a few seconds. I was about to ask for next time, but I heard a female voice. I instantly recognized this voice. She was Maya.

I asked,
” Hey Maya… How are you? Is everything alright?.. How is Asha?”
 
 
As I said Asha’s name, Maya started crying. I still remember her telephonic crying voice. I did not expect her to cry like that. I was getting scared.
I asked “What happened to Asha”
 
 
Maya tried to control her breath & crying. In a sad tone, she replied.
“Yesterday night Asha had a fight with her husband, but then they got normal. They had dinner and happily went to bed. Today morning when they woke up, they found her body hanging in the Hall room.

My eyes were wide open when I heard it. I was Speechless. I felt like I already knew this would happen & I also tried to warn her. It was the best I could have done to stop her from getting dead. But still, I failed.
 
 
Before I used to think, that if a person knew what was going to happen in his future he could escape it, but now even after knowing about Asha’s Future & warning her, She was not able to survive.
 
 
Does that mean, is everything predicted? Can we even control anything even after knowing about it? Are we taking our life’s decision? Or something else, a power residing somewhere in the higher dimension is making decisions for us. Are we even important? I knew the future, but still, I was not able to change it. This is the reason I stopped looking into other Palms. I Remember When I Lost My Mind

I remember when I lost my mind. It was a few years ago, during a time of intense stress and pressure. I was juggling a demanding job, a difficult relationship, and financial worries, and it all became too much for me to handle.

My relationship was a significant factor in the deterioration of my mental health. The constant arguments, lack of communication, and emotional distance took a toll on me. I felt like I was constantly walking on eggshells, never knowing when the next explosive argument would occur. It was draining, and I started to feel like I was losing myself in the process.

The pressure of trying to maintain a healthy relationship while dealing with my own mental health issues was overwhelming. I felt like I was failing both myself and my partner. I couldn’t be the partner I wanted to be, and it took a toll on our relationship.

I started feeling overwhelmed and anxious, and then one day, it happened. I had a complete breakdown. I couldn’t think straight, I couldn’t focus, and I couldn’t control my emotions. I felt like I was losing my grip on reality, and it was terrifying.

My partner didn’t know how to handle the situation. They tried to be supportive, but they didn’t understand the depth of my struggles. Our relationship suffered even more as a result of my mental health issues. It felt like we were both drowning, unable to help each other.

I sought help and was diagnosed with severe anxiety and depression. It was a long and difficult road to recovery, but with the support of my loved ones and the guidance of mental health professionals, I slowly started to regain my sanity.

During this time, my relationship faced even more challenges. My partner struggled to understand what I was going through, and I struggled to communicate my needs effectively. There were times when we felt like we were drifting apart, unable to bridge the gap between us.

Losing my mind was a wake-up call for me. It made me realize the importance of taking care of my mental health and seeking help when I need it. It also taught me to prioritize self-care and to not let stress and pressure consume me.

As I began to heal, I also started to work on my relationship. I learned to communicate more effectively, express my needs, and listen to my partner’s concerns. We sought couples therapy to help us navigate through the challenges we were facing.

It wasn’t easy, but slowly our relationship started to improve. We learned to support each other through difficult times, and we became more understanding of each other’s struggles. My partner began to educate themselves about mental health, and they became a source of strength for me.

Now, I am in a much better place mentally, and so is our relationship. We have learned to navigate through the ups and downs together, and we have become stronger as a result. Losing my mind was a painful experience, but it ultimately led me to a deeper understanding of myself and the importance of mental well-being in relationships.

My journey has taught me that mental health struggles can have a significant impact on relationships. It’s important for both partners to be understanding, supportive, and willing to seek help when needed. Communication is key, and seeking professional help can make a world of difference.

I’ve also learned that taking care of myself is crucial for the health of my relationship. When I prioritize my mental well-being, I am better able to show up for my partner and contribute positively to our relationship.

In conclusion, losing my mind was a turning point in my life and in my relationship. It forced me to confront my mental health struggles and seek the help I needed. It also taught me valuable lessons about the importance of self-care and effective communication in relationships. Today, I am grateful for the growth that has come from this experience, both personally and in my relationship.

          A few years back Twitter& other social media platforms were probably seen widely trending by the “change my mind” meme. The picture in question shows a happy man wearing a blue sweater seated at a desk with the words “Male privilege is a myth” written on it. Shift my thoughts. “To add to the sweetness of the scene, he is actually drinking tea with his name, Steven Crowder, printed on it. The image was originally posted to Twitter by conservative podcast host Crowder, according to BuzzFeed (it has since been removed).

According to the narrative, he attended a Christian institution to inquire about whether or not the students there acknowledged male privilege and, if they did, whether they could provide him with evidence of it. Rather, he became a laughing stock as people scrambled to alter the image so that it appeared as though Crowder was debating trivial pop culture points.

 

How Did the "Change My Mind" meme Come Into Trend?

  • The original image of Steven Crowder, according to Know Your Meme, was posted online in February 2018 with the comment, “Hello @TCU.” It was taken at Texas Christian University. Everyone is welcome. #ChangeMyMind.” Through his busy YouTube channel and podcast, Crowder offers people who have different opinions than him the chance to, well, change his mind.
  • In just four days, Crowder’s initial post received 6,400 likes and over 900 retweets. It clearly went viral. According to the source, one individual on Twitter altered the image to substitute Michael Jordan (another meme, haha) weeping for Crowder, and another altered the wording to read, “The clitoris is a myth / Change my mind.” These jokes rapidly went viral, and the r/dankmemes community on Reddit was having a great time making fun of Crowder.
  • By offering a convenient blank canvas for simple alteration, another Twitter user further facilitated participation in the podcaster meme-ification. Whether pineapple belongs on pizza (a long-running debate on social media) and whether it makes sense that bees can fly are two of the funniest examples. After Crowder’s image was copied and pasted into the board, the meme also turned completely meta and was used to declare its own redundancy. It’s safe to conclude that the comic succeeded in getting attention on social media for a brief period of time, even though nobody ultimately desired to discuss Crowder’s initial query.

A Man is a Son, father, brother. He is The Pilar of the family. A Man needs Respect to Survive. & he must be respected. No one has the right to Insult a Man. Man must maintain the boundaries to be respected. If a woman insults a Man “FIGHT BACK”.
