As a single mom, Tia Mowry is navigating life in her new We TV series.
We TV shared a first look at Mowry’s return to television on Friday, Sept 20. In it with her all-new docuseries, Tia Mowry: My Next Act. In the 11-minute teaser, viewers see the Sister, Sister star, 46, adjusting to life following her divorce from ex-husband Cory Hardrict.
Begining the clip with full Mummy Mode Mowry is been shown getting her daughter Cairo, 6, ready to be dropped off at Hardrict’s house.

Mowry says in a confessional scene, “So it’s been about a year and a half since I got a divorce, and I am slowly learning who I am.”
She adds of her sister, who is Tamera Mowry, also 46 and said “I came into this world with a twin,” she added “And right after that, I went into a 22-year relationship, so I have never been alone in my life.”

They head to the car and head to Hardrict’s house, Once Tia’s done with getting Cairo together, — which makes The Game star emotional.
Tia says in her confessional with tears in eyes, “I feel like one of the hardest things that I’ve had to adapt to, is dropping my kids off at their dad’s house. I’ve always wanted the family dynamic of having a mom and a dad in one household,” she added “And when you’re dropping your kids off, you actually, visually see how that is no longer.”
Tia continued saying her emotions, “I feel that right now, yes, I’m vulnerable in my life, but it’s the first time where I am actually realizing that I have a choice,” she added “I have a choice to speak my mind. I have a choice to be me. I have a choice to be happy.”
“Oh my God, I’m getting emotional. I didn’t realize I had a choice before. I just didn’t.” and she started beginning to cry.
