A very warm Good Morning and Happy Independence Day to all.

Today, we gather here to celebrate the 78th Independence Day of India – a day of pride, a day of honor, and a day of remembering the sacrifices of our freedom fighters.

On 15th August 1947, India woke up to freedom after decades of struggle against British rule. This freedom was not gifted to us – it was earned by the sweat, blood, and lives of countless heroes like Mahatma Gandhi, Bhagat Singh, Subhas Chandra Bose, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, Rani Laxmi Bai, and many more.

Every year, when our tricolor Tiranga flutters in the sky, it reminds us of our duty – to serve our country with honesty, unity, and responsibility.
