A Retail tycoon from Chania, Founder and Chairman of Pang Dong Lai – Yu Donglai announced that through this law of Unhappy leave, now employees will be free to take leave for their rest time and the management will not be able to deny it.

He added that through the new law of Unhappy Leave, the employees can request for an extra 10 days leave (PTO) by informing the management that they are not Happy, because every person has times when they are not happy. What are the updates in the company’s Unhappy Leave employment policy.

As per the new Employment policy of the Unhappy leave in the company, following benefits will be provided to the employees. This new law in the Employees Unhappy leave is aiming to boost the mental health of the Employees. This will indirectly benefit the company in the long run.

  • Employees will have to work for only seven hours in a day
